My Bible Reading Plan for 2012 and Ideas for Your 2012 Bible Reading Plan

Hello again! In my previous post, I shared that I was following a Bible reading plan that would take me through the entire Bible this year. I am eight days into this plan and I am enjoying it.

Today, I am sharing an article from Ligonier Ministries. I have been blessed by their resources that they share on their website. From their website, “Ligonier Ministries is an international Christian education organization founded by theologian Dr. R.C. Sproul in 1971 to equip Christians to articulate what they believe and why they believe it. Proclaiming God’s holiness is central to our purpose.

The article that I am sharing is by Nathan W. Bingham and it is called “Bible Reading Plans for 2012.” It’s not to late to get started. So don’t let a week into the new year discourage you, if you don’t have a plan for your Bible reading this year.

I am following the Tabletalk Bible Reading Plan this year. I hope the article gives you motivation and encouragement to follow a plan to read through the Bible this year on a daily basis. Let me know if you have other ideas or plans to share on how you read through the Bible.

2012 – Happy New Year

2012. Happy New Year. I wanted to share a couple of items in my first post for 2012. The best thing I read in regards to resolutions for 2012 was this:

“Let’s resolve less and repent more.” I can’t remember who stated it, but I liked it.

Anyway, I wanted to share a blog post about making a plan to be in God’s word daily. I have resolved to follow a reading plan this year to that will take me through the entire Bible. I was able to accomplish this goal a couple of years ago and I was blessed for having gone through it.

So if you want some motivation or you are looking for a plan to be more consistent in God’s word, check out this post from Ryan Huguley entitled 3 Keys To A Daily Time In God’s Word.

God Bless.
